Due to the perishable nature of products MySweeties recommend you purchase a "Hot Weather Protection" pack, which consists of a foam box and ice pack. Please understand that ice packs are only good for 48 hours, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that Chocolate items won't melt during transit due to weather conditions and courier companies being out of our control. Please Note: when ordering large quantities of stock you may need to order additional hot weather packs, some products may be taken out of the original boxes to fit into the hot weather protection packs.
